Yes. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees, no long-term contracts.
Is membership HSA/FSA eligible?
Yes. OPTA Membership is eligible for payment with HSA and FSA funds.
What happens if I use all my rides?
Additional rides are available at a discounted member rate. You'll never be left without transportation.
Can I add a family member to my plan?
Yes. Household add-ons are available for an additional $49/month per additional member.
How quickly is SafeLift dispatched for members?
Members receive priority dispatch. Essential members average under 20 minutes; Plus under 15; Premier under 10.
