OPTA Transit

The Ride That Makes
The Appointment Possible.

Missing a dialysis session isn't an inconvenience — it's a medical emergency. Missing chemotherapy isn't a scheduling problem — it's a treatment failure. OPTA Transit exists so neither of those things ever happen.

Facilities and families get live ETA updates. No more calling dispatch to check where the driver is.

The Process

How It Works

1

Book the ride

Call, text, or book online. Tell us the patient name, pickup address, destination, and appointment time. Takes 3 minutes.

2

We confirm and dispatch

You receive an immediate confirmation with driver name, vehicle info, and ETA. Facility gets a copy if requested.

3

Driver arrives on time

Our driver arrives 10 minutes early, assists the patient to the vehicle, and monitors the appointment window.

4

Return trip coordinated

We wait or return at a scheduled time. No patient left waiting at a clinic. Return confirmation sent automatically.

"My father has been on dialysis for three years. OPTA has never missed a pickup. Not once. That's not a small thing — that's his life."

Sandra Kim

Daughter, San Jose

"We switched from our previous NEMT vendor to OPTA six months ago. Our no-show rate went from 19% to 3%. The facility account manager is worth every penny."
