Make Home
The Safest Place to Be.
One in four adults over 65 falls each year. Most falls happen at home. Most are preventable. OPTA HomeSafe assesses the risk, recommends the modifications, and installs everything — so home stays safe.

What People Say
Real Experiences
"After my husband's stroke, I was terrified he'd fall in the bathroom. OPTA HomeSafe installed grab bars and a walk-in shower seat in one afternoon. He hasn't fallen since."
Patricia Nguyen
Caregiver, San Jose
"The assessment was thorough and the team was respectful of my home. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need — just what would actually make a difference."
