A certified OPTA HomeSafe assessor visits the home. The assessment takes 60–90 minutes and covers every room.

2

Receive your modification plan

Within 48 hours, you receive a prioritized plan with cost estimates, timeline, and benefit eligibility information.

3

We install everything

Our licensed contractors complete all modifications. Most projects are done in one visit.

4

Follow-up and warranty

We follow up 30 days post-installation. All work is warranted. We're available if anything needs adjustment.

What People Say

Real Experiences

"After my husband's stroke, I was terrified he'd fall in the bathroom. OPTA HomeSafe installed grab bars and a walk-in shower seat in one afternoon. He hasn't fallen since."

Patricia Nguyen

Caregiver, San Jose

"The assessment was thorough and the team was respectful of my home. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need — just what would actually make a difference."
