When Someone Falls,
We Lift Them Safely.
Professional, non-emergency lift assistance for seniors and individuals who have fallen but are not injured. A trained 2-person team — not 911.
Currently rolling out through select partner facilities. Private residents can join our early access list.
The Reality
Most Falls Don't Need an Ambulance.
They Need the Right Response.
Every year, millions of older adults fall at home or in care facilities. The majority are not seriously injured — but they cannot get up on their own. Calling 911 for a non-emergency fall sends a fire truck, an ambulance, and a bill. It's disruptive, costly, and often unnecessary.
Falls are the leading cause of injury in older adults — yet most are non-emergency events that don't require paramedics.
An ambulance dispatch for a non-emergency fall can cost over $1,000 — even when no transport occurs. SafeLift costs a fraction of that.
The vast majority of fall responses require only a safe lift, a brief assessment, and reassurance — not emergency medical care.
The Process
Simple. Safe. Professional.
Three steps from the moment you call to the moment your loved one is safely back on their feet.
Request Assistance
Call the SafeLift line or activate through your facility's dispatch system. A live coordinator answers immediately — no hold music, no automated menus. They confirm the situation and dispatch the nearest available team.
Trained 2-Person Team Responds
A certified 2-person SafeLift team arrives with specialized lifting equipment. Both technicians are trained in safe patient handling, body mechanics, and fall assessment protocols. They introduce themselves, assess the situation, and confirm no emergency care is needed before proceeding.
Safe Lift, Assessment & Follow-Up
The team assists the individual back to a safe position using proper technique and equipment. A brief non-medical assessment is completed. If any sign of injury is detected, EMS is activated immediately. A written incident report is provided to the facility or family.

For Facilities
Protect Your Staff.
Serve Your Residents Better.
Falls are the most common incident in senior care facilities — and the most costly to manage. SafeLift gives your team a professional, reliable resource that reduces unnecessary 911 activations, protects staff from injury, and improves the resident experience.
Non-emergency falls don't need paramedics. SafeLift handles them professionally, keeping your 911 line clear for true emergencies and reducing costly ambulance dispatches.
Manual patient lifts are a leading cause of staff injury in care settings. Our trained 2-person teams with specialized equipment eliminate that risk entirely.
A calm, professional response to a fall — rather than a disruptive emergency dispatch — significantly improves resident confidence and family trust in your facility.
SafeLift integrates with your existing incident reporting and dispatch workflows. We provide full documentation for every response, ready for your records.
